Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile phone number when you book an appointment—through our online booking form or by phone with our office—you agree that Go Hollywood Grooming may send you text messages related to your service. These include appointment scheduling requests, confirmations, reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, and “your pet is ready for pickup” alerts.
- Message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the phone or email below.
- Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to book with us by phone.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used solely to deliver the appointment-related messages described above.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, for example our booking provider (MoeGo), our online shop provider (Shopify), and our website host (Cloudflare), and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.
